Hi,

I am Bhupat Parmar. My Bsnl telephone number is : 020-2750 9571 (Pune- Maharashtra).

Since last 30 days I am not able to use my internet service. Either it is not working properly or services are unavailable, I have made lot of calls to Pamek Solutions (who has taken frenchicee from BSNL) folks and BSNL folks and multiple visit to Pramek office. Also registered complaints to Pramek and BSNL but no resolution yet.

When I call to Pramek solutions they say that BSNL people will fix it and when I call to BSNL they say that Pramek folks will fix it.

Its been irritated to deal with such service providers.

Also escalated issue to nodal officers (Public Grievances) by sending an email to : pg_pune@bsnl.co.in and pg_maharashtra@bsnl.co.in - but did not get any reply so far.
