Dear sir,
i have a complint about BSNL BROADBAND service , my broband telephone number is 01744-289783, shahabad(m). kurukshetra Haryana, i had my my all bill continousely on time. but every month my broadband connection is disconneted due to unpaid my bills. many time i had compliant about this in telephone exchange but this proplem is not solved. and extra charges are added in my bill. my plan is rural paln 499. so due this my toatl maximum bill is 650 including taxes. but every month my bill come about 1000 and when the bill is submitted the bill is 650 from there computer in telephone exchange shahbad(m.). but the next month the bill is same around 1000 and broadband is disconnected . and their dealing is also poor. so sir pleas solve my problem as soon as.
