hello sir my name is parmjeet singh.my landline no is 01744253309.
I am regular user of bsnl landline services.recently i have bsnl broadband plan of 2 mbps,which should provide me downloading speed more than 200 kbps.but i am gettine speed of not more than 100 kbps .i do complaints many time in bsnl care center at the number 1500.my recent cmplaint no. Is 1006940386.but no action is done by bsnl for resolving my issue.i am paying 1400 rupees per month to bsnl.but they are not providing me desired speed according to plane.i a very helpless.please help me related to this issue.i shall be very thankfull to you.
