sir i had applied for broadband connection in bsnl for my land line number 025522 278638 but stil i am not getting connection can u help me out i have lots of work using broadbnd

Dear sir,
Iam working in the Essae-Teraoka Ltd, No.4B, Bommasandra Indl.area, Bangalore, Hence wehave your service for the broadband Internet facility, But For the past 4 Month Broadband are not properly working, we are paying the bill Rs.700/- per month, So I am requesting you to look into the matter and clear the issue as soon as possible,

Note:I heard BSNL is good service for any other issue, So i hope you will do the needful
