Dear Sir

We have filled a application form for new broadband connection from BSNL on 29th OCT, 2011. After a week we got Vcard no.- 89038241. But still we havent got a connection from BSNL. Atleast in cities like bangalore, one should get connection in 1 weeks time. We have called customer care and executive who sold this connection to us. But no solution. Every time we enquired customer care executives, the reply was either that they are not resposible for this or had hunged up the phones.

This is height of inefficiency of operators, consequently resulting harassment of consumers. Please guide us in resolving this issue.
