When we connect to the Broadband customer service using 1504 number, the IVR would ask us to wait. after waiting for almost an hour it automatically gets disconnected, this is appening continuously. Either the BSNL Customer service set up is ridiculous or the vendor is not having the skill-set to handle the number of calls. Basically the number of calls are high because of such high technical issues.
