Respected sir/madam,

i am the user of bsnl broadband service,i have a 1GB p/m free combo plan and i am not able to surf so much due to my work load i rarely use internet except my emails that i send to vodafone which is part of my business.
firs month which is march i received the bill from bsnl with the amount of Rs.271.00
second month april amount Rs.1297.00
third month may amount Rs.5336.00
when we checked our bill its shows the time and duration which is unbelievable the duration appears in the bill is somthing like this 14hours/16hours
