Dear Sir,

This is the second post I have been writing to CC Forum, not sure if somebody is dedicatedly looking into these issues as I havent even heard back from CC folks!! no offence.... just curious.

My Issue:-

4 months back I lodged a complaint with BSNL stating that my phone isnt working ( Completely Dead) to which I would have reached to almost 20 people within various departments of BSNL ( I can provide you their numbers If you would require) & When I get to speak with them ( After trying them 5-6 times to connect with them) I get to hear reasons:

Reason 1: There is some digging work happening ( Feb 2010) in your area & all the lines are dead ( Surprisingly my neighbours phone is ringing!)

Reason 2: The RM Nagar Exchange was under fire & all cables got burnt.

Reason 3: I am not responsible for your area & there seems to be nobody who is responsible ( The person who had come home to install my phone is also not responsible surprisingly)

Ok.. that's fine.. I wait.. 1 month.. 2 month... 3 month.. 4 month. ( Also very humbly like a dumbo...paying all my bills religiously)...... May be I had lot of trust in BSNL......

Now... I think there has to be a solution rite... .... I was actually assured that I will have this up & running by July... though I did not believe.. I thought lets give it a shot..... & also they were so nice to let me know that I will be refunded for all the amount I havent utilized their services.. ( Though my phone is not up yet.. I recieved my bill with a discount of 700 rs ( not even 10% of what I had payed during the last 4-5 months).

ok.. hoping somebody will read this blog... & somebody will do something...ok.. what ever.. atleast I feel relieved that I shared with somebody...
