Hello, I have a purchsed a bsnl EVDO wireless data card from the service provider, and he bought it from one of the bsnl offie at Rajbhavan road. I chose to purchase the card , but the card is lying with from past 10 days and of no use as dont enough coverage at my location. I called up few million times to each of the bsnl office to take the request and try to saolve my problem but none of them took the request and they went on transferring the calls to different departments which they dont even have and at last they use to cut the call.

This is going on from past 10 days when i received the card, now am not able to use the card and not even able to disconnect the connection as no one is taking the request also. Please help me in this regard as i might have to pay the bill for zero usage also.
