Respected Sir,
I am Vaibhav Swaroop Srivastava address 645-a/136,jankivihar,jankipuram lucknow-226021,Uttar Pradesh India, need a service specific information and want to lodge a Complaint against BSNL for not giving me proper service (
Which they have promised officially) of Internet Connection.

I am using a BSNL EVDO postpaid Data card for Broadband Internet connection my Net Connect Number is 05222072475 and every moth I pay value specifies plan value of BSNL Unlimited internet plan. But from 22 November I am not getting signal of EVDOcard and proper speed and when I call the customer care no 1503 it is always busy/ waiting.I also called and compained for this to the BSNL customer care no in Lucknow which is 05222050055. Some time it is more then a hour to get the line to talk to a customer care executive Yet I made more than 25 call to 22 November –Till Date. I talked to Nodal Officer Gomtinagar Circle, but sorry to inform you that ultimate result is ZERO.

Sir, just imagine I paid advance for a service but I am not getting the committed service of my service provider.

Please do something for harassing me (As a Consumer).
