    Angry Bsnl poor customer service

    the responsibility of bsny employes is very very poor. a lady who is in virugambakkam exchange is the worst person i ever seen. iam a customer orf bsnl past three years ,any time i go for complaint they response after ages ,and sometimes they never turn-up.they are also not allowing other good private telephones to provide service in the area.To be honest , this is customer harassment what bsnl is doing.

    Angry Very bad customer service BSNL - Jayanagar 5th block Exchange

    Hi

    I am customer of BSNL past 10 years or more. My land line phone number is 26647003.

    I had a problem with my Data one internet connection (the internet light in my modem was not glowing). So I went to the Jayanagar 5th block Exchange and explained this to Ms Radhamani who told me there is problem in serve and everything will be fine in 2 hrs and gave me another number to contact 26641199. There was a lady who picked my call on this number and told me there is no problem in server side they all up now and told me to contact Ms Radhamani.

    These 2 people get blaming on each other for entire 2 days and I was hopeless. I had been to 5 th block Exchange for 4 to 5 times and meet Radhamani every time explaining my situation but she kept blaming the servers and the lady in 26641199 said servers are all good and told me to contact Radhamani.

    Both of then have not worked on my issue but only blaming each other.

    Default Non-Connection of Telephone Line

    Dear Sir/ mam,

    This is regarding non-connection of telephone line. I have changed my residence from anoop nagar to saket. So, I have transfered my phone connection. New number I have been alloted since last 20 days, but due to some non-cooperation among BSNL employees in Saket area(BSNL Office, Patrakar Chowraha, Indore (M.P.), they are not ready to connect the phone with DP. They are not ready to listen to anyone. So, I am not able to use my telephone.

    Therefore, I humbly request to see the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
