Hello this is Vikas Sharma , And I Purchased A Wimax Dish Earlier this month , wimax number 2070298. I purchased it worth 3250 RS. And when i Purchased it i was promised a minimum sped of 512 KB/s, but from the day they have installed this it worked fine for two days and from the next day I have been complaining for speed issues. All they do is daily they write down my wimax number and say it will be done and no one calls me up or no visits my house to check it all they say it will be done i have talked several times to SDO Wimax he does the same when i complain him it gets running for an hour or two and then it comes to the same speed and now when i complain them they say they to install a new tower till then the speed will be the same, and then for what am I Paying the bill for its 750 Rs and no one says that the bill will also be charged as per the speed , no one is either cumming to my place or fixing the issue all they are doing is just neglecting it, This is How People work in government offices. I want my speed as promised, its none of my business that they need to install any tower or some thing. Its there duty to deliver what they promise , and I am not being delivered what i was promised. so please take a strict action against this. Just will also come to know that the consume Court is just for name or weather they do dilver what they say as Jago Gharak JAgo. Waiting for you reply .
