On 21-09-11 i recharged through BSNL we basite of Rs. 103 for 3G Data pack. In the webasite its shown as succesful transaction. But later i got SMS to my No. 9482870650 stating that " Sales Transaction for mobile number 9482870650 could not be processed. Please contact Customer care further assistence in mater. Ref No. 66666343620 ". After that i called to Coustomer care but they are telling that its not be refund. as i con't do that recharge in online.

My quastion is if it not work throught online, why the BSNL mentioned in the Website that offer .... ?:
