my name is lakshay and my reg. mobile no. is 9811441520.
i pay Rs1213/- on 28th june 2011 for new internet connection.
engineers told me that my connection will be start in next 3three days from 28th june. bt there is no action taken by TIKONA Broadband. after complaining aprox 100 times by phone n by mail i get my connection on 19th july. and from the first day my connection is not working i reg. another complaint on 21stjuly 2011. after that the so called Tikona engineers not able to setup my connection n after 15 days i reg. my disconnection request. bt till now there is no action taken by Tikona broadband. i reg. many complaints after that bt there is only 1 answer wait for 30 working days. its been 6 months now n at present day the answer is same..!!! its now 6mnths passed bt Tikona Broadband had nthng to do with this problem...!!!
