i got an internet connection from Nice Network Safdurjung enclave for which i paid rs 1000 for 1 month which included installation charge of Rs600.The internet worked for 6 days before it started having problems.I asked the providers to repair any problems i was having.Having pleaded with them and finally hearing no words from them i asked to finally give me back atleast half my money back.This was not done.its been many days and i even complained to the police but to no avail.what do i do?i was not even given a reciept which they said they would give me..
