I have committed biggest mistake of my life by choosing Beam Telecom for a broadband connection. I paid the money for a new connection on 8th September 2011. The sales representative pushed me to pay 6 months subscription charges in advance and he promised me the sky. He had a wicked smile when I gave the cheque of Rs. 5500 for 6 months advance.
They promised me connection within 2 days but no connection was given even after 6 days. I was fed up making calls to the customer service. There were instances my call was in queue more than 30 mts but never gets connected to the customer service. Just imagine you listen to the music and it says "your call is important to us, please stay on the line". I finally decided to cancel the connection, therefore I asked them to refund my money on 14th September. They raised a Ticket No: 3026354 after that they raised another Ticket No:3199679. The default answer you get from customer service reps is we will revert within 48 hrs, this is standard answer for every call you make.
Please I request you all never ever opt for Beam Broadband or any other business they do, only pay them after they deliver what they promise. They took my hard earned money and do not want to refund it and above all false promises bunch of lies, cheating at the heights, I lost my patience calling them regularly, who will pay me for my telephone calls and my time?
