I was a customer of Reliance Netconnect. Because of the most poor support and un-systematic service from there Statue (Trivandrum) outlet, i was charged a huge amount (this amount may huge only for me, more than 1000). So i again went to that outlet for disconnection. But they told me that they will reduce the credit limit and will change the plan. They did't give me any envelops regarding to this. So i used that service with the new plan. The next month again i got a huge bill amount. So i again went to that outlet. They told me that they did't get any request from me. I did't have proof to prove that. So i decided to disconnect. I disconnected the connection and paid due amount. After that i again get a bill amont of 833. . When I gone to that outlet, they told me that that is an unbilled amount at the time of disconnection. They told me that this can change as Pre-Paid service after that payment. After 1-2 month i went there and made the payment. But i was surprised by hearing there words. They told me, "that device is terminated - so you can't use that device".

What is this? "Electronic Waste". Scientists says that this can't be recyclable and its very much harmful to our eco-system. Actually in home i have 2 Reliance teliphone, 1 Tata teliphone and nw this Netconnect of Reliance. All these devices and very much in the workable conditions. But that compnay is not giving any options to use that. So this type of actions in that company will increase the electronic waste.

So How can we control this Electronic Waste. Pls act on this to save our word and Control Global companies from these type of cheating.

I thought a responsible company like Tata will reuse the electronics and reduce waste.
It is not a rocket science to re-use a earlier working modem.
I think they want to make money by selling another modem and earning its commission.
