This is Tarun Verma. I had airtel Broadband and IP tv connection in Bangalore.

Account Number: 16424604.

I have shifted to Delhi and had requested (Request No # 3322030 ) to transfer the above connection on 1st Sep 2011. I had paid the outstanding bill amount as of 1st Sep 2011.

I had tired of calling customer care of Airtel regarding the above request but I am not getting any response from their backend team.

They have checked the feasibility of airtel network at my new address in Delhi, but after that it is now more than one month I am not getting any response back. I call almost daily at airtel customer care and they update it for backend team but no one response back.

Please look into this and do the needful as soon as possible.
