dear sir,
my name is sanjay kumar tiwari and i purchased one photon+ connection on 3rd march 2010 from Tata tele services at Ulubari, guwahati. but still the device is not working and when i give complaint on 25.06.2010 to Tata tele services they gave one address of service center located at Panbazar Guwahati and i submit my device at that service center on 26.05.2010. but still i can't recieve any device and and one person of the service centre told me that you will received your photon+ in 2 or 3 weeks
