    Post complain against tata photon plus

    I want to disconnect my tata photon service. i had called customer care and registered complaint against low speed and had asked them to cancel the service but i was told that they will be sending a service person to solve the problem, as no one showed up for more than a a week, last week i called them for second time and had asked to disconnect it.till now my service has not been deactivated.
    I dont need any further service from tata photon plus.
    i kindly request here to register my complaint and disconnect the service.
    expecting a positive and quick response

    Post Tata photon plus not able to provide services and cannot resolve

    Dear All,
    I am using the Tata Photon Plus since last 2 nd half years.. recently my office was shifted to Gurgaon at 16th floor. I am not able to get the desired speed at this place.. speed is even below minimum speed of 256kbps against the claimed speed of upto 3.1mbps by tata photon.. i registered the complain and engineer visited twice.. but till date there is no resolution.. i mailed to Mr. Jogesh Nayar also and MD Desk but there is no written response from anyone since last 15 days.. Customer care called me and said that they dont have sufficient network coverage at high altitutde building.. which is totally foolish excuse..they expressed their inability to provide services.. then why Tata is selling this product by cheating customers?? their new device Photon Max is working fine at same location but have higher cost and higher tariffs. Is this strategy to promote high revenue generating product.. i asked that it should be given as replacement without additional cost and without additional tariff, which they are not able to provide.. it should be responsbility of Tata Teleservices to provide me either network coverage or another device at existing cost and tariff to resolve this problem.. BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE...

    Default Tata Photon Plus Speed issue

    Hi,

    I am extremely unhappy with the kind of service provided by Tata photon for Borivali, Mumbai and i hope after reading this mail some of the respected responsible gents from TATA would take this matter seriously and bring a justified solution to my request ASAP.


    Details are as follows


    1.Accnt no : 979585834
    2.Tata doco: 09224853210
    3.Tarrif plan : photon plus unlimited 5gb @ 950 3.1 mbps
    4.Subcribed Date since: 9th june 11
    5. Subscribed name : Aruna Shetty


    Problems


    As stated above the plan subscribed is for 3.1 mbps speed and unfortunately since 7 months the download speed that has been provided is 20kbps. This was only identified when i personally checked the speed as this plan belongs to my sister who is not aware of it technically.

    After my investigation with her for timely payment of bills @ 950 /m and usage that has been always minimum less than 5gb. So, I launched an official complaint thru customer care as mentioned below


    Complaint Details


    1.Complaint launch date 14th jan 12

    2.Complaint tracking no 293852563 --- (Gentlemen Mr. Chetan Metri, assured to resolve this issue by 17th jan 9.00pm)


    Complaint Status


    1. On 15th jan 12 (3.10pm) Mr. shivraj pal 9222210718 (technical team) attended the call and diagnosed it as network problem and assured to forward this issue to their network team.


    2. On 16th jan 12 (1.20 pm) i received a call from network team saying that they cant resolve this issue due to tata's internal coverage problem and it would take another 5 to 6 months.

    Upon which i asked the gentlemen to change my plan equivalent to the speed that they have been giving so far and to refund the difference of amount for same since subscription. This as per my opinion is merely a fraud. " if you know that you can give the speed of 3.1mb due to your technical coverage reasons then you must have intimated us that you wont be able to deliver the said service and would have left the choice to us to change the plan to lower speed and cost until you come up with the promised speed or change the service provider".


    further, i have concluded the conversation by saying that my complain remains intact and unresolved and i expect a call from your senior to refund money for unused service and charge us only for the type of service that has been delivered so far.


    3. As on today no one has called and i strongly urge to resolve this subject at the earliest possible to avoid further mental harrasement which may lead further escalations & complications.

    Hi,

    I am still waiting for your action to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
    I need you to continue with my current plan and compensate me for the extra bills that i have paid so far untill you resolve the speed issue. i will be more than happy to pay your charges once the speed problem is resolved.

    BTW i think your company doesnt work on SLA as since 12th jan i had launched a complain and the issue is still open.

    Hi,

    Since the issue will be resolved in a period of 6 months or so, as per my offical information sent to dated 1st 2012 & 2nd feb 2012, i'd like to reiterate that since you have failed to provide the services as comitted it leaves no option other than stopping the payment for JAN until till issue is resolved or an equvalent compensation is offered to us as your kind gesture by means of discounted tariff or any other alternative. hoping for your kind action ASAP.

    Hello Customer Care,

    I'd just like to inform you that tomorrow, first thing in the morning, I'm going to throw the tata photon + dongle in the garbage-can and then I'm going to make a very pleasant phone call to your office requesting them to terminate my connection. Rest assured that I will tell people about your wonderful service. After all it is an olympian task to provide a basic speed of 256kbps for a decent stretch of time.
