    Dear Sir,

    I am Sachin shewale customer of Reliance Net Connect data card.Data card number is 9302779814.I am always paid my bill amount in time but i have a problem in Reliance net connection since 4 August 2010 my net connect service is resume means not active from reliance.I am talking with Reliance Customer care many time but they are not doing any solution for my problem.They are always told me that your service will start shortly in 2/3 hours but nothing be happen and my net connect problem is continue.Last 7 seven days i have in big trouble.I have some details of talking with customer care of Reliance.
    So Please kindly see my problem and immediatley doing solution.for futher contact my contact details are follows

    Hi Sir,


    I have purchased one Reliance Netconnect (74288694430) from V-talk, Faridabad and it was activated for 2 days. After 2 days, my connection was closed.

    And the reason was given that verification was negative. But, Its surprising that no verification was done.

    I am trying to work your staff from last full week to start my connection, but I didn't get positive response. Till date my internet is not working.

    Who will pay for this week? Is there anyone who can look into this matter. I am really very disappointed with the service you provides.

    What is joke you are playing with me....SO BAD service you provides.

    I have taken this Reliance Netconnect - MDN :- 7428869430

    On Friday, my numbers was barred due to payment issue. I have done the payment on 9 April.

    But still, this number is not activated.

    No one is helping me out.

    Is there anyone in reliance who can help me out. I am facing issue with reliance service continuously..

    Default HP Unable to send Recovery disk

    I have recently purchased a HP laptop from Croma, Vashi and after 20 - 25 days its stopped working. I have shown to one the authorized HP dealer - Precision Infomatic M Pvt Ltd, Vashi. Engineer over there diagnosed my laptop and said you have to order Recovery Disk just by calling in HP customer service. When I called in customer service after a long conversation that is not been required she said Recovery disk will be dispatched to you within a week. But, still after a week I wont get any intimation from HP and not even a Recovery disk. Again, when call them back I come to know they have not sent me Recovery disk and closed the call without solving my problem. This time she said we don't have right it will take 10 - 15 days I was so wonder such big brand don't have spare disks and very poor customer services. After insisting she said I'll let you the status by tomorrow now 2 days passed she have not reverted me. My official and personal work is effecting so much because of this. Kindly, do the required action as soon as possible and provide me Recovery Disk.

    Dinesh, i believe it is a wild goose chase. i just have had the same experience as in your case, and as i see the response from RCOM care, they hardly are able to reach anyone or resolve any queries. if what i said was wrong, i must not have filed my complaint here in that case. no verification done in my case as well also false information was given to me that my billing will start from 30th may ONLY BECAUSE OF WHICH i subscribed to reliance net connect data card for 3.1mbps with a cap of 15gb download.. now they tell me that my 4.35gb cap of download is over and i will have to crawl on internet with their 10kbps download speed until my bill generates on 7th. what the hell ?!! after all these years, because of some lame guy tossing off the work out of his window in his reliance office, consumers are suffering as well as down goes the goodwill of reliance.

    I already have sent flyers in my office as well as thanks to Facebook, that i was able to reach a headcount of minimum of 500 people living in my vicinity and in India, now know that whenever they want to get a new broadband connection, what company NOT to opt for.

    I am not expecting someone's call or reply through email.as i know this will be a herculean task for reliance employees to give what was promised by them.pity on your services reliance. this was i belive the first and only time i submitted a report to consumer forum because of the services i have recieved.

    Default b+not working

    I am gagan vinayak my data card no is 07428439769 I am really shocked that relience has the complaitnt submission as I have been cheated by you when i bought your modem I was told the speed is 3.1kpbs which I have never seen It do not work on broadband plus not for single time there is no signal when I change in network setting I think .If you think u can help give the information on gaganvinayak2000@gmail.com

    Default Overbilling

    Hi

    I have been billed for 5.2GB for the period April 20-May 19 when the usage in my Connection Logs is showing as 2.8GB. My usage can't be so high as I have not downloaded any movies or songs during this period, and have been using it for my office work and some mail surfing only. I don't understand the reason for the disconnect between the usage being shown on my Connection Log and the billed usage. Moreover, my billing is showing high usage on May 9 and 10, when actually I have hardly sued it during this period.

    Thumbs down Reliance Communications cheating Consumers

    I have bought a reliance net connect broadband+ from reliance web world govind nagar, kanpur on 15th may 2011 with a number I.E (7499771271)by rs.1599. On the next day I.E 16th may I have recharge it with a unlimited data plan by rs. 800/- From the same place. On 3rd june 2011 my device was not connecting to the internet so I made a call to the customer care they told me to recharge it with rs.20 for my core balance. Then I have recharged it with rs.20 on 4th june but still it was not connecting then again I made a call to customer care about my problem but again I have got same reply from there then I have asked the person from reliance abt my previous recharge they told me it has deducted due to opening of some chargable websites. But as far as they told me about my current plan is unlimited data plan which has a validity of 1 month. Then they was saying that unlimited plans has also some limit so, I have asked them that what is the meaning of unlimited plan?. Before recharging no body from the web world has told me about the condition of the unlimited plan nor the customer care nd it was not even written on the brochure of their plans. I am feeling very cheated by reliance communications ltd. They are just selling their devices by telling false commitments and cheating consumers. Please protect the consumers from these cheaters. I want my money back and take very strict actions against these type of companies.

    Question Reliance data card is not working

    Unhappy not able to connect in broadband mode

    Hi,
    mine is reliance huwai model-prepaid. I recharged for Rs.800 unlimited plan. but by the end of a week from the day i recharged, i was not able to connect in broadband mode. only in high speed i can and in that too the web pages are not loading properly. am facing this problem for the last 2 months. i have called your customer care too. After a call,there was a good response form your side but for some 3 days only it worked properly,again the same problem.     plz suggest me a solution for this i had bought a relince net connect and they offered me with the modem for 1599 and an additional recharge of 345rs for a 5 gb. and tod me that after a month u can switch over to an unlimitted plan . were as i had consumed those 5 gb in a week and there fore the reliance shop suggested me with to recharge for 1500 recharge for 3 months validity. and told me after a month you can recharge for an unlimted plan . now i have consumed those 6gb also but when i went to the reliance shop i was told that ur account my acc has a validity till mont of sep so i can recharge only after that . plz advise me regarding

    Default Pushing for payment for already disconnected Broadband

    Hi,

    It has been more than a month since I received the confirmation e-mail on my broadband disconnection from Reliance, but no one has come to collect the instrument so far.

    Can you please make arrangements for the instrument to be collected asap?

    Another annoying thing is, I still get calls from your customer support team asking me to make payment, whereas your below e-mail states that the services are stopped from 04/06/2011....

    If there is no further action taken in another 10 days, please note I would have to approach consumer court.

    Default complain against reliance netconnect plus

    i am reliance data card user from last one year. currently i am using post paid no 9311169275.I was not using it due to some personnel problem by last 2-3 maonths. one day i recieved a call by ur department( phone no- 01143020500) to deposit amount of 1755rs.they said, ur account is in suspended mode and deposit amount of 1660rs then ur account will be activated.they said to deposit it by online for instant payment.i requested them to convert my post paid a/c to prepaid a/c.they said deposit ur remaining bill then contact to *355 and request them to it be converted.I deposit 1660rs by axix bank internet banking which transaction id is (muti1076588804) at 18 july. then i check my account but that was showing same amount of bill 1755 rs.then i contacted *355 so many times they all are regurarly saying that it may take near about 24 hours. currently ur deposit is not reflecting in our systems but u dont worry ur bill will be deposit with in 24 hour near about 3-4 pm 19 july. i requested him for post paid to prepaid conversion he gave me an id no. (2365768441) and said ur bill will be deposit us by tomarrow. after talking with him i again contacted *355 and they gave me same reply. then i become sure.
    Next day in morning, in between 10-20 am i again made a call to * 355 , an executive name PRAHSNAT attend my call he told me that currently my deposit is not showing but he make me sure that deposit will happen near abt 3-4 pm he said to contact me at that time. then i make inquiry aby my no. then he said in morning 10:10 am some one tried to make my no terminate but it was successfull he said ur deposit will came in evening and ur a/c will be activeted. at that time he said my a/c was in suspended mode.i requested him to make one more request but he said my previous complain is enough no need to make another complain.
    Then i called *355 at 3:16 pm and miss chetna from bombay attend my call she said my no has been terminated. she deny to give any other inquiry she said due to balance payment my no. has been terminated i said i had deposited my balance amount but she said she dont have any knowledge about it. i said i have my transaction no but she said she cant give any information about this. i said connect to senior persons after putting me on hold she said their all senior are busy and they all are saying same thing. she said to contact me nodal centre and she gave me a contact no (MR REENA SINGH ,GOMTI NAGAR Lucknow ,18602002011) .
    then i called this no 18602002011 and mr RAJKUMAR attend my call on behalf of REENA SINGH . i said him all my problems but his attitude was not helpfull. He continuously SAID GO TO THE WEB WORLD he cant help me any more.i said him my complain no. then he said its not a complain no its only a talking id which have been generated between my conversation with executive.i told him my transaction noo but he said he cant help me about this
    so sir Its my request to you that d made payment on time and also my balance have been deducted by at 18 july.
    then why my no. has been terminated. i had also make complain after that my no. has been terminated.
    then are uses of online payment and online complain. ur employee are making mis commitment. and we have to suffer problems.
    so sir its my request to plz activate my no. i will be highly thankfull to you

    Default Net connect not delivered as committed & call center is Rude

    Dear Sir,

    I am (Divakar) from Trivandrum, Kerala. I Booked for a new Reliance net connect on 18th July 2011. They committed to door deliver in 24 hours. Till date (23 July) I have not got it. I paid through connect India. There is no proper response. Now they say there is no stock. I made more than 30 calls (to +911204661900). They are not responding properly & disconnecting while speaking. They are not ready to connect to Reliance or to their manager for escalation. Keeping me on phone line they are lying & using irresponsible words. This is the worst call centre I ever saw. I do not know how Reliance have relationship with this kind of call service providers! (call center executive names - Hemanth, Alok, Rizwan, etc) Please do the needful This spoils your overall quality.

    Default Cheating and harassment by generating bill without providing service.

    I have taken a Reliance net connect plus data card from noida. I paid Rs 2500/- for data card and first 3 month free unlimited plan (however datacard cost was of Rs 1600/- only).

    My netconnect number was : 7428770904.

    After almost 15 days. Reliance webworld did not do address verification due to that my netconnect could not get active.

    I followed up but there was no solution about that. They have terminated my connection after some time.

    They told me that because of address verification failed your connection terminated. This was a frustrating thing that I have all valid address and I am staying there but they are failing address verification even without approaching there.

    After followed up they have given a new netconnect number - 8595369081 and surprisingly it got activated and all verification was ok.

    I was supposed to get 3 month free unlimited net access but they are sending me bill of Rs 2000/- . This is a cheating with me because this new connection does have a default plan.

    I have followed up customer care, web world and filed many complaints but I did not get any solution for that. They are occasionally termination my connection and starting. This is a cheating and harassment.

    My Reliance Net Connection No-7428460516 was disconnect on 16/09/2011. We have received bill of Rs.650/- even i could not use my reliance Net after the disconnection. Hence why should i pay these charge. Please waver them as i will not pay any amount now.

    Angry No action taken on customer voice

    Dear sir,
    MY MDN NO IS 9381858055 and given request for post paid to prepaid on 09.11.11 and submitted id proof executive of puduchery saram brancekamaraj salai Ms.Divya & Ms.Priya of web world communicated with in 15 days phone call will come after that pay the bill and can migrate .No phone call from any body even after 15 days .I went and asked for my migration status .They have communicated your bill has come you can pay and go bill paid on 25.11.11 receipt no:s205809926 .executive conveyed with in 48 hrs it will get changed to prepaid.Till now my net connect is in post paid even request taken was not updated.
    This is the way customers were handled at puduchery saram web world branch.First of all when i approached to my migration nellithoppu branch executives told to give the request to saram branch.When i went and approached to saram branch they told you would have given at nellithoppu branch after my discussion and explanation of my worry they have taken the request BUT NO ACTION TAKEN.This is the way reliance web world of kamaraj salai is working.
    I am not going to pay any money for reliance for usage after the payment date of 25.11.11.

    This is the way Indias no 1 company is responding to customer.

    Default reliance netconnect not connecting

    Sir, i m not able to connect the net with my reliance netconnect data card. My netconnect no. Is 9371439174. I recharged 10gb unlimited pack of 30days validity on 9 jan 2012.. So its validity expire on 8th feb 2012. I spoke to customer care executives and they replied that they r forwarding my no. To the technical team and it will be rectified in next 24 hrs. But 1 week has gone and no solution from them.. I m fed up... They also said that my core account balance is -0.840, so if i recharged a 20 rupees top up, the problem will be solved. I tried dat also, by recharging a 20 rupees top up on 3rd feb 2012... the net got connected for only half hour and the same problem again appears.. I don't know what to do? Plz help me.
