I have applied for Airtel Broadband Connection (Plan - 599) on 27th of June and gave advance check of three months rent which has been debited from my account 10 days back. The marketing guy promised me that connection will be installed latest by tuesday i.e. by 29th of june.

But till date no action has been taken to install the connection by Airtel employees. I called that marketing guy(Mr. Rangrish Chandra) several times over the phone who took money from me but he is least concerned about that and mostly he dosen't pick up my calls. He gave me numbers of his office and his manager but when I called up in office, the guy on the phone says that I am not the concerned person and I should talk to the person who took money and documents from me.

I had heard about airtel of their TOP customer service and applied for this connection, but this is what there employees have done with me.

This is the height of mental harassment I have faced from last one week as I have discontinued the broadband service with my previous provider and my work is suffering due to delay of installation of airtel broadband connection.

I mailed them and my complaint reference number is "34819672". It was due to be resolved by "09/07/2010, 02:30 pm" but even till date nothing has been done by the company and no feedback has been provided to me. Now I want to file a legal suite against the company as I want my money to be refunded(Rs. 1800) and also the damages which I had to incur from the last 15 days.

Please guide me how to proceed further in this matter.
