I have requested to transfer Airtel Broadband and IP TV connection from Bangalore to Delhi.

Below are connection details:

Airtel Broadband Landline Number: 08041110824

Request Number #3322030 was raised on 1st Sep 2011 to transfer the connection.

I had paid all outstanding amounts as of 1st Sep 2011.

I have been following up with Customer Care almost daily but not getting any proper response. Airtel is keep on adding the amount in the bill even after 1st Sep 2011 and asking me to pay that additional amount to get the connection shifted.

After updating issue here in this forum I got call from Mr. LIJIM on 13/10 and he assured me that extra amount will be waved off by next the day and some one from Airtel would be calling to fix the issue. He raised a request Number: #5632058 for the same. But there is no response yet.

I called customer care on 14th Oct 2011 and talked with Saumya from airtel but she did not have any update and she promised that it will be done by 4:30 PM on the same day. But nothing happened.

Then I called again Today on 17/10 October and had discussion with Nandhini from Airtel Customer care, but she also did not have update again. She had again updated the comment with High Priority. The same is being done by them for last 1 and half months. Airtel customer care is updating my complaints with High priority but I never get the response back.

Please suggest me the way to resolve this issue as soon as possible and to file a case to get the compensation for this harassment.
