Dear Sir,
This complaint is against AIRTEL Broadband team. I had taken Airtel BB for the past 2 year. My AC NO:15223172 and landline no: 080-42093954. In 2011 April, i have paid 6 month advance payment for broadband for AIRTEL. Then in June i have shifted my house to a different location. On June 1st Airtel people told that within 3 days they will shift the connection to my new home. Till 7th June, they didnt do anything. Again i called up AIRTEL callcentre. That time thay told that they can not provide the connection at this moment so i need to cancel the connection after which they will return my money within max.45 days. So i have requested for cancellation of the connection. But till 45th days they didnt do anything. So after that i have again called up. Again they told me the same thing that within a week one of their engineer will come and collect the telephone anf give the payment. Its already 4 months that i am running behind AIRTEL people to return my money, but their team is doing nothing. Also one lady name Ms. Neeru called up from AIRTEL and asked me that she is handling this case and she will close this within 10 days. Its 4 months and she has not done anything. HER contact no:09958299916. Also i have called her min of 100 times but she never picked up my call. Once someone else picked up the call and told that Neeru will call back which happened to be a false committment. I have sent mails to their ombudes dept., nodal service team, call centre, but noone is helping is getting back my money. Its frustrating. Its harassment by AIRTEL to the consumers.
Need all your help and way to let me know how to close this issue.
