Balaji Internet / Cable Video Network makes customers pay for mistakes on their own part.
A little more than a month ago, I had taken internet services from Balaji Internet, Andheri (West); a well-known internet service provider in the area. I had taken a scheme with a data plan. However, my login details weren't given to me immediately, and I was told that I can use a staff user ID in the interim unlimited downloading with no data limit but with lesser speed, till they would call me and tell me my ID details.
However, no call came, and I compromised with their lesser speed internet services till then. Now, they seem to have cut my internet connection stating that I have exceeded my data limit and must pay to reactivate. When I told them that you yourself told me you would call to tell me my ID details, he rudely replied by telling me it was MY DUTY to do so if he hadn't done it.
