Last week I lodged the complaint (Online) in consumer forum's site. I had tried to register it three times. But so far no registeration no.has been acknowledged by the on line consumer forum. Kindly look into the matter and advise me suitably. I had paid Rs. 6650/(appox) in advance in the month of Oct'2009 but co. had supplied me defective Data Card (M.No. 9874710777) . On asking for its refund they denied and in the month of Mar'2010 they replaced the data card but within a week's time they deactivated my connection by saying that a payment is pending, on enquireinto the same they could not provide the detail of the bill. I have explaind the detail in the attachment file sent to you on 23rd,24th & 25th June'2010. The co. has decieved me and it's deeler harassed me and tortured me. I want to recover my 6650/- + Rs. 50,000/- with reasonable cost for harassment, humiliation and damages caused to me in this behalf.
Requesting for necessary action at your end.
