This is in regards to my MTS Mblaze device# 9141956089, I am really unhappy with the MTS customer service (Bangalore). its really sad to tell you that i have never come across such a bad experience / this was really a incompetent customer service.
Though my problem was very simple, I tried the MTS online recharge option for my MTS Mblaze on 18/5/10 for Rs 198. however i received a error message saying the transaction was failed and i did not receive a recharge Pin as well. I called and informed about this situation on the very same day, the agent who i spoke to promised me that the issue will be received within 12 hours. I called them back after 24 hours as my issue was not resolved. second person who i spoke to informed me that the since the agent who i spoke with earlier did not take down the correct info they could not resolve the issue. later i called the MTS customer service several times but i received no help, they gave me false promises but no solution. finally after a week i received a call from a MTS rep, he informed that MTS has not charged me and i have to contact my bank to get this issue resolved. however when i checked with my bank they confirmed that MTS has indeed charged me. i also sent an email to MTS customer service (customercare.kk@mtsindia.in) regarding my complaint on 2nd June, however i haven't received any response from them either. |

as i am using mblaze modem i dont carry regular speed where as my MDN is 9141170458. please i request you to correct its errors and problems

This is to everybody, before buying the Mts service prepare yourself.
They have a very bad customer service, the agents working there are not humans they are aliens, they don't know what is Humanity, they are only trained to take calls and not to resolve issue, simply listen to customers issue and forget after that call. Pretty soon MTS will be bankcrupted, I will really celebrate that day Network engineer visited my area, after checking the data card, he tells me that we have chaged the direction of tower, and that is the reason why data packets are not sending and receiving wherein I get full network, Are this agents and engineers working there are illiterate? |

when i brought mts data card hybrid mode is ok but after 4 and 5 days it is not connecting. only 1x prefer mode is starting.1x prefer mode gives only a speed of 10 kbps.so kindly solve my problem because i have recharged 999rs. coupen and i can't utilises my balance.please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I had posted a clear message regarding some important details on how this stinking MBlaze was cheating all customers...
Today they have ripped it off maybe because they cannot face the fact to the public. This is NOT the only Forum where complaints are made and Liars exposed. We will post it in any Forum and Websites about this corruption and scam which MBlaze is engaged in. Indian slum mentality wants to be an overnight Millionare ? Remember all customers : the unlimited tariff of 999 Rs has ONLY 9 GB of download, after which they cut you over to 1X. Broadband speed during even the most "low traffic" time is just 80 KBPS , and in the day Broadband speed falls to 25-30 KBPS. Forget about going in even 1 MB down ( 1,000 KBPS). Fools !!! So the 1X is just 12-13 KBPS if you are lucky. RELIANCE gives you better speed at 1X. MBlaze has a Server crash history. Their server is down somewhere in Kerala , that's what my IP location and ID says. Check and see....IP Address is 180.0........ |

MTS is the worst internet provider that i have ever saw and will going to see in the future. They disconnected my account and if i tried to call customer care, nobody is responding. F*****k......

MTS service is very bad, I'm using device 9141982297, it's very bad network to compete any other network.
It was working in high speed only a week when i connet first time then it's turn down till 0.5Kbps. So i would like to suggest to evryone who is looking to buy MTS. Please don't go for this broadband, it's seems cheating kind of things to us. Customer care also not answer properly, after following the instructions call has been cut off automatically. Its realy damn sick broadband. |

Even I face the same problem.I got MTS Mblaze couple of days ago.I'm getting speed of about 7kbps even their own site is not opening after I connect.I called couple of time to technical support no repsonse.
Y these ppl cheat us with all those fancy advts. Can you pls tell me if there is anyway to launch complaint against MTS |

Do they really have customer care service? I was trying to connect to them, I was on wait for 1 hour but no body picked up the call..
What the F***** they are.. I recharged Rs 999 today unlimited. Still not able to connect to internet, and account balance is showing 0. When I tried to call my MTS data card number 9136978380, it says number doesnt exist. |

these mts ppl are mother ****ers......speed s excellent till 8gb downloads after tat it sucks.........the one who all reading dis pls pls pls dont buy dis mother ****rs modem n also if u ppl hav guts go n throw that hell modem 2 dr face n fight for refund..........

I am having the same experience, i bought MTS Mblaze broadband 9141104124, after two months it is disconnected without any intimation. I contacted customer care with great difficulty. They told me that address document is not correct. When I asked for that address, the whole thing is misplaced and the connection is in some others name and address is entirely different. They would have send me the message to my mobile. They again told me to resubmit the document. I resubmit the documents to the same retailer in NR Colony Bangalore. But till no action is being to taken to resume the connection. I am not getting customer care connection. It is always dead. Simply my 3200 bucks has gone to drain. My advise pllz dont go for MTS. the worst service in India. |

I registered complaint regarding non working of my device no.9136965609 on 23/24 Sept. 2010 and followed for its solution at 9136955955 continiously. ( Sorry, I have not noted the complaint no.) I also have the same story...there is no one to pick up the call when you dial the customer care service...for the last two weeks i couldn't connect to the net, even though I took an unlimited tarif...and when i dial the ustomer care to register a complaint there is no one answerng the call even after 20 minutes being on the call..it is the pathetic network and service i have seen so far...
Friends please don't ever go for the connection from MTS...it sucks... |

To every one am Ali an i am working for a technical support who provide the internet connections, that's international you wont believe that the pay less and get more were as these companies come in INDIA and get the money from our pocket and enjoy dam they have a very ***** Service,the technical guys speak as the are sleeping not bothered to listen,plus this a very bad experience in my life to get this connnection and big mistake,i have 999 plan and for unlimited plan dam after the usage of 12 GB the internet is Dialup dam these ISPS. No right info about the connection plans. And BSNL is not bothered to provide the service as they don have the service in few area in Bangalore. Come on India Come on stop Eating money of others,,,********* |

I have taken an MTS connection and they have been behaving irresponsibly. No one is bothered about the disconnection that too in the first month itself. They say we do not have a policy to refund. Hell with their policy, all the people who are responsible for this act like nuts. Neither they accept the document nor they give service. People and service from MTS is like shit, all of them are suckers, bunch of cheaters and f.....
Never go for MTS connection, not worth and datacard hangs after one hour. |

I had purchased MTS Broadband for Unlimited usage they said that they will provide 3.1 mbps service UNLIMITED. But now they said we have a USUAGE POLICY in unlimited … what a piece of Crap I will never buy any MTS product. Is there anyway we can protest against them? We should all join hands to teach these cheats a lesson. Bloody Idiots !!!dont buy mts broandband modem......... |

really mts service is worst that i have ever seen mts data card is really a headace if u buy then be prepared for it bcos it has speed of 10 kbps and the customer care is really a vip person who is never available

This is for my data card no;'9141975315 .Befoe getting ths device they told ,u can get 15 gb for 3.1 mbs...after 15 gb only u can get 122 kb.. but after 12 gb i'm getting 122 kbs without any intimations......the mst worst data card device is MTS.... the customer care executive also give no correct clarifications for our questions....as for my suggestion is dont get or buy MTS...for my first two weeks i get only 50kb to 100 kb....i think most useless device is MTS........

Below are the things that I have come across as an MTS Customer.
My MTS Number: 9141982201 Area where i stay: HOSAKOTE, BANGALORE 1) I have raised 2 ticket regarding network speed slow (12 KBPS-40 KBPS). First ticket raised on 14/10/2010(it is closed due to unable to reach me, but the fact is I have not received any single call). Second I have raised on 21/10/2010(Ticket number: OCT/10425) This ticket has been closed with out resolving the issue. When I called customer care executive he said the ticket is closed because service engineer is going to visit my home to resolve the issue(still no one called or arrived in my home is the fact).Ticket closing is the priority first not satisfying the customer by resolving the issue? 2) I took this connection on 26th of August2010. Starting onwards my max speed is 40 KBPS (keep in mind your offer 3MBPS(at least 1MBPS)). First 2 weeks I was back to Micheal(person who has given MTS connection) about network slow, he said it will take one week and so, but I didn’t see any luck for 2 weeks on that at last he started refusing calls too(First he debared my mobile number and later he changed mobile number). Then 3rd week I started calling customer care and raised a ticket and it was in vain and closed as usual without resolving the ticket. Then last week(21/10) again I ringed and raised a ticket(OCT/10425). But this too was on vain(I suggest to shut down the customer care as there is no meaning of caring the customer well). 3) The most funny thing is Customer care of MTS. If they don’t know what to do about this ticket(OCT/10425) they will make me wait for some time and disconnecting or they will say we are not able to hear you and cut the call(this happened not one time around 5 times). |

This is Suganya from Sharp Industries. We Purchased a Data card in the 2999/- plan from M/S Abi Computers Blossom Towers 3rd floor, TV Samy road east R.S Puram Coimbatore - 641002 We have not received the Invoice till now. Mr. Mohanraj supplied us the datacard in our office and we made several phone calls to him and also to Abi Computers but they do not response. I have attached the Purchase Order of the MTS Datacard we purchased. The Data card number is: 9150960832 Please Kindly help us to receive the Invoice as soon as possible. And we came to know that the card we purchased is in the scheme of 999/- plan. I am confused whether they are cheated us by giving it in 2999/- plan. Please do us the needful. We will wait for your reply or we have to complaint or take necessary action further. i have bought the MTS broadband last week .so farmy device is not activates,when i called MTS saleman or hi boss he said my problem will slove with in 12 hours ,nothin happen my pr ioblem remains same.
when i tried to call them they didnt pick up my call, they ignored my call. i have recharged RS 999/month i feel very UNHAPPY with this company,they are a BIG LIER. i dont know how they are so bad company!!!!!! so far i cant do anything!!!! any one can helps me!!!!! MTS really Suck!!!!!! |
