    Question not showing network

    i am aurangabad . i have been using MTS broadband 999 plan for 2 months . it worked very well , but on 3r recharge of 999 it is not showing broadband network i tried to call customer care but they wont reply very well .......trouble is it show only hybrid network .......

    what should i do now because hybrid speed is useless for me.........

    Note:-
    ( i know the hidden limit for 12 GB . but i have not used it up to that at any of time )

    I recently purchased MTS prepaid service and already facing issues with the speed. It is pathetic!!!. Pune Hadapsar. I havent experienced the customer service yet, let me check and i shall update the quality of service they provide.

    worst service i have seen ,i purchased mts data card on 23 may 11
    after 10 days mts people called me and told sir its a verification call during which they told that this connection was activated on 16 may howz it possible,on top of that THEY DONT HAVE (TOLL FREE )no to complaint….

    Default BAD MTS Wireless Broad band service

    Dear sir/madam,

    I buyed your MTS data card on 14/06/2011 evening 8:00pm,and it got activated on 16/06/2011 evening 5:00pm.Since it is my first month of MTS connection, i decided not to download anything for 1month.Initially it was almost 5GB.Now today morning when i checked the balance morning at 8:30AM the balance was 4352MB.I left to office,i unplugged the card and kept it aside.When i checked today evening at 6:30PM the balance is 3919MB,433MB difference.I have not downloaded anything.I strongly demand an explenation for this.I lost faith in your services in begining itself.I have also have an experiance of using TATA PHOTON,never such irritation happened.

    I want my lose to get filled and explanation for this..Otherwise ill stop using your services and ill go to Consumer Court.

    I am waiting for your explanation. Your customer care execigutives also not responding properly.

    yeh mts ka mblaze bohat kharab aata hai isko koi mat kharidna kyunki iski speed starting ke 15gb tak fast aati hai uske baad mobile se bhi slow ho jaati ha so do not buy this mts card free me suggestion de raha hu rajasthan ke logo ke liye

    Angry complaning about speed of internet

    I am using mblaze for 2 months n its its speed its very poor from the begining til end.
    i am not satisfied from your mblaze broadband. tehy promise to give speed upto 3.1 mbps but actual speed comes between 250kbps to 450 kbps
    my request is to increase its speed othrwise i will move on to have another conection next month.:-@

    Default Unresolved problem towards deactivation.

    I have purchased one MTS USB Modem on behalf of CLW/Kolkata Office, under Ministry of Railways, India and during inspection the user was not found in the given address as the said office has been shifted to new address after proper Gazette Notifications in Leading News Papers.
    After having contact with Customer Care they told to submit an application to local agent and so done. But after laps of 21 hrs. the connection has not restored. Moreover it is learnt that the said USB Modem has been registered in personal of mine i.e. Somadatta Mukhopadhyay though the provision of purchase against Company Name is available in application form.
    It is amazing that the service providers don't care even Govt. of India even and due to this disconnection Ministry of Railways under Govt. of India have already suffered a lot in terms of money as this modem is being used for the purpose of e-tendering.
    If this forum can help in this regard this will be a help to Govt. of India and take necessary action to educate the local agents, so that, they can at least segregate the nature of application between Single User to Company Users.

    Unhappy No Network In Broadband Mode

    i bought an mblaze USB data card a week ago, but it always connect in 1x speed even the settings is in hybrid mode, and the network disappears if i select broadband mode. very slow speed of around 15kbps. wat the reason if i cant access broadband speed and mode. my device no: 8459947348

    my friend who stays with me also have mblaze but he connects in hybrid mode also n as well as in broadband mode too n his speed is superb. i connected my device both in Windows xp n Windows 7 thinking the problem might b of windows compability, but problem persist.

    i contacted the customer care and my complaint id is : AUG/5069 and still no response frm them.

    is there any solution...??? i recharged it with 999 plan, my money is wasted as no speed in 1x mode n cant access broadband mode :-(

    please help me out, suggestions r welcome with an open heart.

    my no is 9145026400. i m really having a a terrible experience with mts data card. the speed is terrible in hybrid as well as broadband.the customer care guys are total illiterate as you have to wait for a min of 8 days for your complain to get addressed. out rightly rude.when i asked do i have to wait for 8 days to get it sorted,his answer was ,you have to wait. boy ,we are paying for your services,its not free. I am sure that i am leaving mts . Let it go to hell

    Thumbs down MTS Cheats the customers. Very very bad customer service...

    I have an MTS data card. When I bought it, the executive said me that this is a special plan, you recharge with 249 and u will get 1gb data. But I'm getting only 300+ data and said that for any issue our engineers will come to ur spot and do the needful. Speed he offered is 5MB.
    I don't care about the 1gb data, but this data card is not useful at all, I'm getting the speed below 100kbps. I tried from Bangalore, Mysore, Chennai, Coimbatore etc. No improvement. I contacted the customer care more than 7 times from different places and different months. Every time they says, someone will come and check the issue, but nothing happens. Simply I lose my validity and mobile charge for customer care call.
    Even having a data card, I use internet cafe to check my mails.
    My data card number is 8453144441. If this forum also won't help, I'm planing to file a case against the company.
    I have around12 mails, and their responses. Also I have recorded the executives conversation and engineers conversation.
    NEW CUSTOMERS- PLEASE DON'T BUY MTS.

    Thumbs down Pathetic Internet Service Provider - MTS

    I have taken a broadband connection last month & the MDN No. 8453182247. I regret & ashamed to tell you all that, I have never used or seen a worst broadband service than MTS MBlaze. It worked only for a week & now it is not even getting connected @ 1X speed. It stops at CONNECTING DEVICE or it says with pop up window THE CONNECTION ATTEMPT FAILED BECAUSE THE MODEM ON THE REMOTE COMPUTER IS OUT OF ORDER. Guys plz spread the news till these kind of cheaters realise the power of the people. This is the useless broadband service & can never solve the problems. I will surely lodge a complaint with the consumer redressal forum for taking necessary action against this type of robbers.

    Post slow speed

    hi.....
    im feeling so bad after buy the data card plan with mts.you offerd me mblage speed upto 3 mbps but it could nt catch .50% of it. it is so bad.if you offerd us upto 3mbps pplan it needs to be pik up at least 1 mbps or more.
    i have got these all problems when i got full network.i can understod the problems if it begains at down network.
    so please do needfull.

    Angry Complaint

    I'm extremely disappointed with the service of MTS and also the poduct.
    MTS promised me 3.1 Mbps, but the speed i get is 127 Kbps.
    this is so frustrating as i dont get a definite answer from the service agents.
    and the agents who tried resolving my problem was one illitrate arrogant person, i wonder why they hire these kind of people.
    I'm extremely disappointed and will never suggest this to anybody..!!!!!!!!!

    I have been chasing MTS for more than a month now, but support from these people is pathetic.
    They have given plenty of Email IDs right from CC to Chief Service.
    But the hight is no body try to support.

    Most pathetic service provider and equally pathetic and incompetent customer care team. Due to unusually low speed of internet i have been raising complaints with MTS. Afterwards when i tried to follow up with the customer care i was shocked to hear my complaint was never registered. And guess what...this same bloody thing happened thrice. Really disgusting experience with MTS.

    I am Genu George. I am from Ajmer and currently residing at Jaipur. My MTZ Mblaze Connection # 8432435995. I am very sorry to say that I have taken this connection in August 2011 from Ajmer, since then I had used it for two months without any problems. Then, I got disconnected because of you people are saying that some problems with my name and address is not matching. I do not know how it happens like that, because I had given my Passport ID proof and photograph to take the connection and they are saying that instead of my name (Genu George) some male name put on the system. So, I called your customer care and with their instruction, I went to the nearest MTS outlet and submitted my ID proof and photograph again. Then it got activated again after a number of calls to the customer care center. Again after 20 days it got disconnected without any notice. I do not know what is the problem now. I heard that with the prepaid connection there is not much formalities with the permanent address and present address. I think this is some kind of cheating you guys are doing with the costumers. Its simply wasted my time money to buy one MTS connection and for that I had spent lots of time to call the costumer care center and waste lots of my phone charge to calling them too. Still no one bother to solve the problem. If they have any issues, they can call up and ask about the same right?? I had provided my mobile number and email address also at the time of taking the connection (provided twice). Now, I think that I have spent my money and time in water, because of this issue I have suffered a lot with my work and I had to taken another connection to solve my work problems. So, If anybody can solve this issue please do it ASAP.

    Angry MTS Sucks!!!

    I ,ve not seen a sucking network in life. The service itself is a pack of lies. In the website i checked the 1198 Rs plan and had it. They said that i'd get speeds upto 1.1mbps(which i had last month).But the following month i didnt get speeds more than 150 kbps(at first time of recharge).(But in download managers i get only speed upto 20 kbps).Even so, i have full signal receptivity.And now i get only 60kbps.(6 kbps).
    I feel that Mts is going to be total failure. My phone no.8925911038

    Default One of the Worst Customer Experience from MTS Broadband.

    I was using pre-paid MTS broadband and they had given me so many calls to convert it to Post Paid connection. Before converting it into post paid i had recharged my data card with Rs. 798/- and they convert my pre paid to post paid connection and they keep disconnecting my connection and ask me to pay some money because my credit limit is exceeded. When i am telling them that what about my pre-paid balance which should be carry forward they always make promise that their senior executive will give call and i do not get any call from them. I have called to customer care 20-30 times but i am not getting any response.

    Please think 100 times before opting for MTS. MTS is the rediculous service provider. You people can call me @9945156735 for any further confirmation.

    Now i dont know how will i get my money or connection back.

    Angry barred: MTS broad band Service.... Worst Service I have ever seen

    This is regarding my MTS broad band connection.
    I took the connection around May with 3 mth usage n after that it worked till Oct End.
    After It stopped working around 16th Nov I called Customer care regarding the Issue & they told that we need to pay the bill.
    Payment of Rs.895 was done for the same but still the service is barred.
    I called several times to customer care and I was told that the verification is pending.
    Since I purchased it at kerala and currently I am at Mumbai It won’t be possible for me to go to kerala for verification. However I updated my phone no. and other details and I was told that I will be getting the call for verification by their seniors.
    But, I haven’t received any call from their side. Its more than 10 days since I am hearing this.

    Please help me out to resolve this or I should try any other broadband service other than MTS & also the same will be raise at Customer court.

    Thumbs down MTS -- A cheating Company.. and shoud be shut down.

    I have got MTS connection (Data Card Number: 9150962864) last October and since then facing many problems. And initially they took a week or two to get the issues resolved. But finally, on 3rd of Jan 2012, I faced with a problem, that was whenever I try to connect to the net it said that there was a connectivity issue. I called up the customer care (09150955955) and asked them to raise a complaint, but I was told that there was no need to raise a complaint and the problem would get resolved soon.. But it never got resolved and I called up the customer care every day. And this customer care number is actually chargeable. Every one of them that I talked to uniformly told me that there was no need for complaints and the problem would get resolved. I started feeling desperate.

    A week went by, then I called up the customer care with the same problem and this time around I insisted on raising a complaint and successfully got it raised (). I felt so happy as if though INDIA has won Australia in a test series in Australia. But my problem was still there, it was not resolved. I was hoping to get a call from customer care centre for my complaint which didn’t happen.

    As I usually work from home, without internet connectivity I was not able to work from home. I became restless and after couple of days, I started calling up the customer care every day till 27th Jan, 2012. I begged, shouted, requested, even warned them of legal action.. But none of them replied. Every one promised that they would get back to me in an hour or so. But no one did. The worst of all is I talked to many supervisors and managers (Rahul , Rawat Singh, Anu priya and many .. ) but even they didn’t feel responsible enough to give me a solution.

    Then finally I raised a deactivation request on 27th Jan, 2012. Only after I raised deactivation request did I start getting calls from customer executives about my actual problem. But I refused to go with their promises of better service and insisted on deactivation. Then on 5th Feb, 2012 I called up the customer care for the status on deactivation request. And I was really dumped to hear that my service is barred on outstanding payment amount. I told them that “Please deactivate my account and I was not using your service for a month and even have a proof ( ) for that”. And again the customer care executives said they would get back to us. Since then calling them ( yes, even talked to couple of more managers on this problem ). But no one really got back and my account is still barred ( date is 8th Feb, 2012 ).

    And today (8th Feb, 2012 ) , I talked to a manager by name Tawseef and he said he is the senior most manager and I have explained him all of this and I told him that I am ready to pay the outstanding amount too; finally, he told me that he would come back to me with a solution in an hour. And as expected i didn't receive any call.. then again i called up the customer care and this time around i was talking to Irfan and this guy told me that nothing could be done.. as the complaints are still open and under process...

    Even iff i pay 1 crore to this company, it won't deactivate my account...

    Guys, please suggest me what I should do in here. I just want to cut-off my connection… And I really feel frustrated and worried on the inability and irresponsibility of MTS CUSTOMER CARE executives and managers. I went to MTS, rather than other players like TATA, RELIANCE; because I wanted the start-up companies like MTS to grow in here. But the way it is mismanaged feels like we should always go to well-laid players like TATA, RELIANCE. At least, we can hope to get good customer care service.
