Dear All,

My name is rashmika ukirde and i have purchase reliance modem on dated 8th August 2010 and data card no is 937309716.

They have disconnected my data card on dated 18th August 2010 and giving resion that verification comes negative.

As per my knowledge i have not receive any call from Relience for verification and the reliance customer care executive said that it will start with 4 days but till date it has not started and they are using very bad language with customer.

They had done fraud with me and giving false commitment every day.

Kindly look in this matter and suggest me what action i have to take.

I have relience sim GSM no.9021092915..

I was using this mobile numbur from last 3 year, at 4 oct 2010, cricket pack was activated on my no. Accidentaly, but relience helpline dident help to me how to diss-activated this service from my mobile numbur, from 4 oct my balance was diducted everyday by 5 ruppes.... I was call many time to custmer care helpline for dissactivation for same reason.. They dident help to me,...


Relience service is totaly bad service...... Sorry for inconvence but it is totaly true

yr 100% right no ane can go for reliance.
customer service & billing department is realy bad.
I think all service is totaly bad & senceless.

so many issues with reliance
auto start unwanted services & charge & told start from yr sidde which is tottaly false.
