I have a wi-fi customer of Tata Indicom.I asked them on 21st of May regarding the physical bill of my broadband. They told me ok you can mail on our email id our executive will contact you. After that I got a call from their customer care depptt. they told me we can provide you physicall bill but we will charge Rs.50 for this & if you are ready kindly send us a reply with Yes. I do the same thing. after that I got a call from their deptt after 4-5 days she told me they don't have any facility to provide us physical bill I told her I got a mail & i have a proof that your deptt asked me Rs.50 for this facility then she told me ok I will talk to my senior who is not available at desk so we will contact you within 1 day but still no response I sent lots of mail every mail has same answer we forwarded your query to concern deptt. we will sort out this issue. Its not a issue its just lack of information in their internal deptt. & no one wants to work & try to sort it out. Seriously bad customer care service.
