DEAR SIR,
I would like to come in to your attention that TATA TELESERVICES (PREPAID) have charged to me Rs.30 for a Service Package known as VOICE CHAT PACK for which I didn’t subscribe even, on 14 thJune 2010. When I called Consumer’s Care for knowing the reason for the same they unsubscribed that very service which they had activated as said above but at that time they didn’t restore my money back into my account. They registered my complaint and gave me a complaint no. BAL076434159 and said that my balance will be restored within 24 Hrs. i.e. 16 th June 2010. When no such action was taken on 16 th June 2010 I called them back they replied on 17th June 2010 that my balance won’t be restored. And even my service of talking to consumer’s care executive is also debarred, I can’t even talk to the manager of Tata Indicom.
When previously I made a complaint one of their team members do called me up. But the reason provided by them was illogical and unreasonable. They said me that I pressed a button 3 at 5.24 p.m. which is not at all logical coz neither any phone nor any message was received from the call centre so that I could respond to the same at that very time. But two minutes back at 5.22 p.m. on 14th june 2010 I made a call that was for 23 seconds. They just say that they are correct in all respects which is not at all true. This problem has troubled me a lot from last few days. I couldn’t even concentrate on my studies. When they called me back they even didn’t listen to me, they said what they wanted to and disconnected the line. Kindly do something in this regard to restore my balance, and also its my request to kindly see to it that what has been done to me doesn’t gets repeated with any other customer.
