    Default complaint against tata indicom broadband

    i've paid 4 months rent in advance. my internet is not working since last 2 weeks.
    They promise to rectify the problems within 48 hours, bur nobody has turned up from their side inspite of repetitive complaints in the last 2 weeks.

    Default shiting of broadband connection

    I have asked for shifting of my broadband connection 1st on 30/8/2010. Ref no is 2076032. 2nd on 14/9/2010 ref no. 12871378. But no action is taken by your side. This has made me to decide on disconnecting your broadband connection. I know this is not going to make any difference to you. But being brand TATA which I am proud of I felt like informing you.

    Default TATAPHOTON Whiz

    Photon data device stopped functioning after 7 months. The Service executive visited, felt sorry, promised to get back with alternate software and never turned back. Company with not gave any heeds to my complaints and give vivid reasons everytime I mailed them.

    Thumbs down Unnecessary payment

    I have taken a broadband connection by a/c no. 936966188 and tata indicom no. 9235622445. I have cleared my entire payment I.e. INR 2074 on 24 feb. 2011 and had placed a request to temporsrily stop the services. I was told that if I wont turn up within 3 months to resume the services the same would permanently stop. Later to one month after this incident I started getting calls from ur end to make the same amount for which I visited your rajpal plaza alambagh, lucknow stire and showed them the receipt which was made at their centre only erte denying that the rewuest has not been made for stopping the services. Moreover to this the limit had been crossed by the telecaller being a lady and specially being in service industry has no manners to talk to the customer. She used foul and abbusive language for telling that the payments have been made and to kindly check at her end. That was really shocking for me. My request is kindly check and stop harassing me for taking tata broadband connection.
    Kindly look in to the matter
