Sir, i have been using tataindicom broadband internet for last 3-4 years.Since 15 jan 2010 i havent got internet connectivity after giving 40 to 50 complaints , though i have renewed my account and my balance is around rs 3800.Now tataindicom is asking me to renew once again.For last 5 months they havent given me internet connectivity.Pls help me to get back my money or internet connectivity. thanking you.Yours faithfully,Sanjay kulkarni.
