I am using this Reliance Net connect for 4 Months and every month I use to lodge a complaint in the Customer care for the Wrong billing charges made on the same.I would like to Draw you attention on some of the instances which I faced during this period
In the very first month of the connection I was being told to pay a charge of Rs 2400 approx which after lodging a complaint got waived off and I was told to pay Rs 900 approx after that In the month of May a bill was generated by reliance of Rs 1700 for that as well I lodged a complaint asking for the bill details and for termination of my connection as before the generation of the Bill on 15th of May i.e on 14th I received a call from the customer care of Reliance asking me for the reason of the less usage of the net onnect ,the same complaint has been lodged on15th May to Reliance customer care in the revert of the same Reliance has assured me to give the resolution for the same within 48 hours and I had not received any call from Reliance till 30th May 2010,Again I called to the customer care and asked for the status for the complaint ,the executive answered me that someone frm Reliance has contacted me and has convinced with the charges made to me on the number,but I never got any call from the customer care I had also requested to the executive to provide me the conversation details made on 18th May 2010.In the answer the executive answered me that there is no conversation details available.After the due date of 2nd of June 2010 I daily use to get a call from the customer care for the follow up's of the payments and when I answered that will pay same after getting clarification of the previous complaint lodged after that I got a call from reliance offering a waiver of Rs 200 and they also confirmed me that we will take care of the next bill which will be generate on 15th of June,but in the same bill also I got a very high usage bill of Rs 2400 and also the waiver provided to me was not being confirmed to me yet and the revised bill has not been received even on mail,however the services on the same number has also been terminated without any notice ,when I paid Rs 1500 against the previous bill of Rs 1700 the services were again activated ,for every 15 days time I use to chase the customer care for the issues raised by me and in the last two months I had called 10-15 times to resolve my problem but every time there is some other reasons provided to me for the usage.On approx 15th of July I had requested to terminate the connection which has not been done till date,and I also want to raise a complaint that Reliance make fake promise to their customer and also the commitments are fake. I also want to have the details of my data usage along with the site name which I used to for which I was being charged so high.
