I am lakshay Verma, i am user of MTNL broad band , sir i have complaint mtnl number of times to fix my speed issues starting with 1st of july to till date. complaint done are given below.

1. nodal officer: 23322622 not working given by neha on 1504
2. broad band super visior number: 23351858 not working given by 1500
3. provided by 1504 senior supervisior 25074040 area manager number no reply on dat number phone is ringing
5.appelate officer: landline nodal officer :22441110 not working

6. called on 1500 and they said that 1504 people are mad and they dont know anything


7. 63300046 kuljeet singh: mukesh kumar complain number given by senior super visior as a fresh complain however i have already registered with that complain number

8.a visit has been done and internet settting have been done by the person on 12 of july and problem is solved however dasy after it was corrected it again creating a problem

9. 735 complaint number given by area manager

10. 6330046 deepak complaint forwarded to server and given no 20001881 mr sharma. jdo dabri
when called reply was that this number is personal.

11. 9810642762 speed department number given by 1504 to call for speed issues....mr sachin on that number try to fix the problem but with no valid results told me to complaint to nearest sdm office about this.


NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO!

my modem take too much time to connect. initially it was 20 minute gradually it has increased to more than 1 hour. i have been complaining in this regard. but no concrete action were taken.each time someone from MTNL calls and ask is your broadband is working? after listening YES they don't bother to ask about modem. they didn't even come to check. sir, want to know what can be done in this regard.where shall i go so that my problem can be sorted out.

I am ‘Mr.Lalit Mohan Jain’ a user of your mtnl landline from’E-5/10, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051’ and my telephone number is ‘011-22095094’. Sir, I made a complaint of my dead telephone line on 6-sept-2010, but no actions are taken against it. The complaint number is- 1174. According to my information if the landline is dead or disturbed for more than 15 days and no actions are taken then customer need not to pay the bill. Kindly take some actions for my landline ASAP and for the bill also.

Dear Concern

Its highly objectionable & shamefull for the department who is not hearing my request to rectify my telephone no 2741967471. In this connection I have complaint them wide complaint no 14 - 17 & online Ref no 95221 dt 4/10/10. As I am a senior citizen and I need telephone rgularly to call my doctor. And something happens in absence of my above telephone connection the whole consequences and losses will be borne by the MTNL department..

I have taken a data card from MTNL on 18th of June. A pre-paid connection was provided to me with 15 GB free data for two months. After the end of two months I applied for the conversion of the same to a post paid connection. Since the day it has been converted to post paid it is not working properly. Whenever, I complain to MTNL they say everythig is ok at their end and the fault lies with the data card provider i.e. iLemon. When I contact them they got it checked and found it to be in order since the harware was working with another SIM. I then changed the SImn at the insistance of MTNL but still it is not working yet. I have been send only the monthly bills because I have opted for a 2 GB monthly data plan. I have not used the same since last two months because it says cannot fing the data card. Please help me in this regard. When I applied for the same for being stopped I am asked by MTNL to pay Rs. 1875 which is due on my number without any use absolutely. I seek your urgent help in this regard
