I HAVE APPLIED FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION IN THE MONTH OF FEB 2010 AND THIS PEOPLE THEY HAVE TAKEN RS1500 AS A INSTALLATION CHARGE ,BUT STILL I DIDNT GET THE CONNECTION.WHILE TAKING MONEY THEY TOLD US WILL GET THE CONNECTION WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS,AFTER 15-16 DAYS THEY TOLD US ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE CONNECTION IN OUR AREA.

WHEN WE HAVE APPLIED FOR CANCELLATION THEY TOLD US THAT OUR MONEY GET REFUND WITHIN 1 MONTH WE HAVE LODGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS ISSUE BUT NEITHER OF OUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
WE ARE STILL WAITING TO GET BACK OUR MONEY.

I REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM GET BACK MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND TEACH THEM A GOOD LESSON SO THAT THIS PEOPLE DONT REPEAT THIS THING IN NEAR FUTURE.
