complaint regarding wrong billing for wifi router(complaint Postpaid)

    Default complaint regarding wrong billing for wifi router(complaint Postpaid)

    hi i am Gopan V Nair

    my user id is 1102309698

    i have requested for a wifi modem from tikona , but i never received the device and more over in the next bill i was charged Rs 75/- for the modem in bill no (B1-14104874)

    then i later raised a complaint with the customer care and the complaint no is 1-1925111275

    later some other day i called tikona to know what the complaint status is they said that i am not eligible for the waver

    and they suggested me that they ll once more give them the request for the waiver and the again i got another complaint no 1-1943325946

    now i tried calling tikona two days back to check my complaint status

    and they said that have not got any updates about my complaint,

    and for my bad-luck today one more bill is Generated , and it is charging me another Rs 75/- for wifi modem in the bill no(B1-15969910) , it is to be noted that on 22/08/11 i have given complaint to tikona for not receiving wifi router and for the excess bill levied on me.

    after making several complaints ,still tikona failed to update in your server that i am not using the wifi service. and also wifi installation never happend

    so i request tikona to do the necessary to solve my problem and also to get a waiver for Rs 150 /- ,

    also take necessary action against the person who reported a fake wifi installation at my place.

    Mental strain caused by this irresponsible attitude from tikona(Not the entire company) is really making me to contact the judiciary .

    also i am facing a lot of slow speed issues, now i am connected to the internet via a switch placed by tikona in the roof top, and all the ports are full on it , if it is possible to fix one more nano-station on the terrace pls do that

    to avoid any complications pls do the necessary. for any further clarifications you can call me

    call be either between 12-12.20 pm(any day)

    or after 4 pm(any day)

    and

    any time during sundays

    looking forward for a good relationship with tikona

    looking forward to get all my problems resolved
