Respected Sir,
I hereby want to confirm that I have purchased braodband services from M/s. Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd in the month of march, however the engineers were not able to start the services due to their internal network links, I have waited for a week but their efforts were in vein. So after one week I have submitted my complaint of disconnection, response to which they have taken back their modem and cables, now after 4 months I am still waiting for my deposit of Rs. 500, as I have never used the services for a single time.
I have visited their ahmedabad office 3-4 times, also I have sent them numerous mails and phone calls, but in response they always gives service ticket number and as on date I am still waiting for my deposit amount.
Kindly let me know what to do, as I have spent almost 1000Rs. to get my payment of Rs. 500 back.
