    Post Complaints on MTS Mblaze service

    Sir,
    I have a MTS Mblaze purchased from a MTS store.
    They all sayed that the service of this modem is best.
    BUt from few days when I am calling to customer care of MTS data service.
    They sayed that they all of does't know anything about it.
    They sayed you have to recharge from Rs999 to get good speed.
    When I was recharged it from Rs999, The speed of modem goes too slow.

    What should I have to do now

    Default mts mblaze prepaid broadband problem

    Hello,

    I have purchased mts mblaze pre-paid broadband, every day it gives different errors while connecting to internet explorer.

    1 server not found
    2 not able to connect remote connector
    3 modem in use
    4 etc .. etc..

    If it connects the speed is very slow. it is below 100 kbps (cannot imagine).

    when i contacted the service executive , they have very poor response, they do not have any idea to solve my problem. every day they are giving different reasons.

    customer care number also no response.

    guys i strongly recommend that you please do not go for mts , this is one of the worst usb broadband service i have ever seen.

    in case any mts service executive view this note and in case he is really interested in solving my problem please call me 9850860034.

    Most pity thing is they took money and they have not given proper reciept for the money taken. very very bad service.

    I yashpal purchase a mts device no.9138953454.since purchasing to till today it is not working properly .my complaint n0. Sep /2257 dated 17 sep.2010 i can't recieve any regard till now

    Angry No Speed at all

    I have used Reliance, Photon+ , but beleive me MTS is no where, it is the worst , I shud not say worst as it does not even stand in the category of broadband. we had 2 cards bought from them and because of their service we stopped using it, but then we got a call from them for 1k u get unlimited we thought lets give them on more try, but it worst that that 1x 144kbs it less than that and infact it gets disconnected very soon and no speed at all, even ne one want to buy the device call me - 9341720098 i will give that 3k device in just 1k. as its useless. I wasted my 6k in buying the device in couple of more thousands in recharging it. USE LESS COMPANY.

    wat all are the complaint raised by above customer are absolutely correct ... worst broadband service simply in advertising the fool proof of broadband .. when i buyed the the modem after paying 2200 rs ... that day it self got problem... the speed even not crossed 512,, kpbs then became decrementing the speed now i am getting 0.9 kpbs speed. where i should do complaints.

    I my name is zakir i have purchase Mblaze connection on 13oct 2010..The seller at MTS shop has assuered me that i Mblaze will provide a speed of more then 1mbps..But whn i connected the device in my system it provide a speed of 0kbps to 124kbps..so this company is a fraud company..They need to take some action to improve their services..And plz pay money back to i can buy some other connection

    Hi Friends, I have heard a lot and lot of complaints of this product, their IRRESPONSIBLE customer care, and their bullshit advertisements. After reading your complaints, i too have decided not to go for this MTS service. Thanks a lot for helping me not choose this fradulent material and wasting my valuable money.

    Thumbs down modem not working

    the modem is not working and is showing a error message as " Retry Oprn" and "the pecified port is not open. the customer care is having a very poor response and they are tlling we dont know anything...THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS...........................

    Angry Broadband speed

    I have recently purchased MTS Mobile Broadband (Standard Device) at Shimoga, Karnataka. I was offered free Unlimited BB for first month.
    I was told that the speed would increase once i start using it in Bangalore.

    I stay at J P Nagar 1st Phase. The speed is almost the same.
    When i checked the Internet speed in Speedtest.net, the speed showed up to be 386.7 kbps.

    This is totally unacceptable.
    You have advertised that the speed would be upto 3.1 mbps.
    I am not even getting 1 mbps.

    I am curious to know how you will justify yourselves about this.
    I am waiting for an explanation.
    If am told that nothing can be done about this amazing speed am getting, then trust me am going to some other provider. And i will not recommend this incompetent company's products to any of my friends and family.

    I look forward for your hearing.

    Angry Mts sucks

    I got an mts mblaze connection on oct 21/2010

    3.1 mbps speed is nothing but b---s--t!!!!!! Your speed doesnt go beyond 160 kbps.....customer service executives suck big time..they cant speak english, they r like parrots saying the same thing again and again, they do not want to listen to u and if u keep talking they put u on hold and go off endlessly..........what a waste of money and time and ur mobile balance.......i really feel irritated and aggravated when i talk to these people.......my hard earned money 5000 rs gone down the drain.........

    People please do not buy mts mblaze or any other products

    two tickets have been raised and still nobody has bothered to call me with regards to that...........

    U will just be wasting your valuable time and money and more over ur pressure will raise talking to these people.

    There is no value for people's money and nobody is bothered about customer service and satisfaction.........

    These kind of companies should be brought to court and penalized and our money should be returned to us..........but in our country all this is never going to happen........

    Hi I bought MTS m Blaze and its just not working since day 1 can some one bother to do something about it as per there It team they wil take 7 days to reslove and will take ages to reslove my proble i just wanted to say one thing they are just cheating there customer i wil tell 10000 more people just not to Buy Mtys its more then Pathetic

    MTS MBlaze sucks. Don't buy it ever. I ran into trouble around November 2010. The download speed I started to get was 8kbps. Even aftter doining a recharge it did not get better. Even after filing three complaints with their customer care and spending over two month in the process it did not get better.Complaint numbers are:

    They closed each complaint with comment "resolution provided", and atlast I tried to reach Miss Sarmeela (zonal head) at 9145255255 continuously but she did not bother to pick up this number (obtained from MTS site and endorsed by their customer care). I even spent over one hour in wrtiting a detailed email in December-2010 to Miss Sarmeele but there is no response till date.

    My advise is keep away from MTS; go for proven brands instead!

    Thumbs down MTS connectivity problem

    Hallo Sir,

    I purchased MTS modum in November. It was good. But after 2 months since january 10,01,2011 there is connectivity problem.

    I have complained many time but no resolution. Every time i am hearing from their Executive same lines. It has been now 20 days. And i am so frustet.

    There is no resolution and their Pr office is also not customer friendly.

    Really its a frustrating company.

    i bought an mblaze device last night-when he demonstrated it -it worked fine and showed a speed of nearly 2mbps. however,when i reached homew i tried to connect to the internet and from last nigh to just now- i have been unable to connect to the net.i keep getting the message -no response from remote computer - or- debugger terminated the thread -etc. i called the seller and he said he wld. inquire and get back to me-but no go-he is just a liar like so many sales people are-they will say anything to sell something to you and once sold -they will not even answer ur calls.money down the drain. can i go to the consumer court -does anyone know-pls. reply to ra9ha9ha69@gmail.com.

    Hi guys,
    I am also one of the prey of MTS . After seeing their ads i purchased mts in Feb 1st week, within weeks I realised by mistake and found that i am cheated. In this all 20 days only one day I did browsing continuously for one hour without disconnected, even though at slow speed. Other wise I have connec-disconnect in every 5 minutes. Atlast i decided to go for BSNL broadband. I preferred Airtel but those people told they cant provide service in my street due to non availibility of pole.

    Please dont fall in prey of MTS

    Angry Data Depletion

    I got a mts mblaze connnection activayed on 18-01-2011 with an offer of gettin 250 mb every mnth for 6 mnths.
    bt as soon as i connect the device each time 25-30 gets depleted without any usage.i've filed complain many times at their customer care bt dey didn't respond to the problem.

    Default Speed issue MTS Blaze

    I have lunched a compliant regarding speed issue on 15th feb with request number c1121390985 and it was closed it on 18th Feb with the reason that they have called me and got no response which was a lie. Then they have lunched the new compliant on 20th Feb with number c1121775533 and said that it will be resolved by 2nd march and followed it almost daily. And on 2nd march they said it will be resolved by 11th march. On 10th of march it was ssaid that it will be resolved by 22nd march.
    My data card number is 9145032809.

    This is most faking company. I have seen.

    Thumbs down mts m balze poor speed

    i bought a mts mblaze data card 1 month ago. in first month the speed was incredible after that when i recharged again with 999 plan i am not getting speed more than 100kbps. i tried to contact with th dealer but he is not interested to solve the problem. please guide me to right way.
