my name is kareem.i am taking two reliance broadband conections in kakinada reliance web(each modem connection price 3500/-)the numbers is 9394034400&9393980325.iam also paid 3500/-for9393980325 secure deposit.this guys(reliance)inform to me to this amout will be back when i terminate the connection. i tke these connection rent package is 1750/- +service tax extra(but these connections are not work properly.i give the complaint but no response.then ialso use these connectionbut one day * 27-02-2010 * bill agent(not a reliance bill recovery agent) came he was give a warning to my mother to i(kareem)pay the amount with in one day other wise he give the police complaint.his number is 9299255440 .then i go the reliance web and ask this parson.but no impermession to this person.then i give the complaint againest this guy. *03-03-2010* this day reliance zonal operations maneger, m/s S.DIVYA TEJ call and he was telling to i take terminations.then i want temination letter.he was give the termination letter on*05-03-2010*he was give instractions to pay amount on 9393980325(total rupees 2957.07/-is pending for the month of december 09 and january 10.i have pay Rs 1725/-againest the number in order to process the termination request.the deposit of 3500/- will be sent to me through cheque within 60 day of thetermina.then i give the amount 1725/-cheque( HDFC BANK KAKINADA) on same day.than i go to ask my sequre amount 3500/-.but these guys not respond.then give notice advocate on 16-06-2010.same behaviour not responding,and also give advise to go consumer court.and this day 12-07-2010 zonal oprationm/s DIVYA TEJ give impremession to depositamuont 3500/-was not return,only 1775/-return. what can i do this time give advice to my phone numbers is 9966471458&9700932079 and aliso mial me.my mail id is abdulkareem.mohammad@yahoo.com
