Please check the trailing mails that I am pasting below.

First contact was made on OCTOBER 26TH.

Replay was that someone will resolve the issue and contact me "SOON'

needless to say, no one from reliance even bothered to contact or rectify my grievances.

All I wish to know is.. what is the definition of "SOON"?

the same reply was received from the Consumer forum. I was really saddened to see that it was reliance who replied to my complaint on this forum and no one better.

Seems like Reliance considers its CONSUMER AS A THING TO BE NEGLECTED TORMENTED AND LAUGHED UPON.

I am tired of dealing with this anymore.

If this remains unresolved, next step for me would be to approach the REAL CONSUMER COURT and the Media.

I am a highly qualified professional who has lots of time and I am going to see to it that Reliance pays for this neglect.

Here is the message that has just been posted:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have been a reliance customer for the past five years now while using
multiple reliance phones and three reliance net connect data cards.

I made a recharge for my data card on 25th Oct 11, No- 09326016037.
However, the charge was made for Rs.801 instead of Rs 800. As a result of
the error of the extra Re 1, the recharge is not being reflected in my
account at all.

I had to make this recharge from a local retailer since
the neighborhood reliance webworld shop was experiencing problems with their
systems.

The retailer was contacted within 15 hours to correct this error and contact
was made to *355 and *399 to initiate the reversal or atleast provide
regular benefits for the recharge made.
However, operators at both these centres were clueless about the process and
kept passing the responsibility to each other.

Finally, I was told that the amount cant be reversed at all and should be
considered completely lost within the system.

Such a failure within the system is utterly unacceptable as the
recharge was made for an extra 1 Re, not less. Secondly, if the system
cant provide me with any benefits for the particular amount, the money
should never have been accepted at all.

Since then, I have spoken to the agents on *355 and *399 and made a complaint number 164553686 on 16th Sep, 11. I have received no response yet from them.

I have also sent a dozen mails to their Customer Care Email ' Netconnect.Broadband@relianceada.com'.
Even they have not been sincere enough and have made to attempt to rectify the error made due to their poor systems. They have always maintained that the issue will be sorted out soon and yet have made no progress in a months time.

I have felt utterly neglected as a Customer and deeply frustrated by their incompetent attitude and the sheer disregard for customer convenience by the Reliance Team. They have already received my money and seem to be in a mood to keep it without providing me any benefits for it.

Moreover, no person there even has the common courtesy to properly respond and own up to the situation.

I sincerely hope you are able to help me evoke a response from them and see to it that none of the customers are similarly harassed for such a trivial issue.

Kindly advise,

Regards,

Me.

Dear Team,

I am happy to inform you that more than a month has passed since I first reported my complaint to you. No progress or any meaningful correspondence has been received yet.

You have tested my understanding and patience for the entire month by promising to rectify it soon.

Are you able to do anything beyond asking for my patience?

I regret to inform you that I had the pleasure to consult with a good lawyer from the consumer court
and unless the issue is resolved in a couple of days, I will happily be escalating the matter further as soon as I get back from my trip abroad.

Dear Sir,

I hope that 15 days has been sufficient time for you and your team to look into the issue discussed in the trailing mails..

No progress has been made till date.

This utter lack of responsibility on your part is completely unacceptable.

Enough time has been spent without any progress towards a resolution. Kindly be able to sort this out within the next two days, else I will have no other option but to take this trivial matter to higher authorities.

Do not test my patience and understanding any further..
