I've a broad band connection on my BSNL fixed land line of which I'm suffering problem since last one month. After repetitive followup's at the concern exchange/office in Ranikuthi ( Kolkata ), yet the Error 678 is not resolved. They asked me twice to bring the Modem as they didn't found any problem online checks in my connections. But, the modem also seem to be okay. Now, after numbers of visits at their office, they are avoiding. They even stopped attending my phone calls. On physical visits at their office they kept mum and gave irrational excuses. Though, they are keeping on sending bills and also receives the payment for the service they are not providing to me.
Pls help me someone to guide me the proper way to resolve the issue.
