Good day.
I have objection over your billing pattern and services of Tataphoton wiz.
I would like present the matter as follows.
1) I had purchased the photon wiz on 10th of July, it had started working immediately.
2) On 11th it stopped working, when I contacted theTataindicom, Maninagar office they said that it is in process, next day they said that my documents had X factor missing, I provided it immediately but the service never resumed, again I contacted them where they came up with another missing factor of the document again I provided them with it, still the service did not resumed, next day again I contacted them to find out that their claim that I never gave any documents and which was a limit to bare the carelessness, I confirmed to them that such an attitude will be report and I will return the device, some how they managed to find my documents that helped me to get my services back on 16th of July.
3) I received a bill and I have been charged from 10th of July.
4)Tataindicom Maninagar office confirmed the delay caused in my devices activation but are helpless to correct the bill.
My concerns
1) I am being ill treated by Tataindicom representatives and no actions were being taken to rest the matter without paying personal visits everytime.
2) I am not responsible for rackless methods carried out by Tataindicom in activation of my device, hence I must not pay for the days that were lost in between 10th of July to 16th of July.
3) The speed of internet always keeps playing hide and seek.

I am feed up with your services and attitude.
