    Post Farud Bill from TATA for Tata Photon

    I had brought the Tata Photon On 18/03/2010. under Plan Name: "HNI HSIA USB 500MB" and i had recived the first Bill from 19/03/2010 to 08/04/2010 for INR 1405/- It was also wrong bill & revised by Rs.500/-. Then I had changed the Plan from HNI HSIA USB 500 MB" to HNI HSIA USB 500 Min" on 23/04/2010. Again I received the Bill for Amount Rs. 2619/- from 09/04/2010 to 08/05/210. My Plan got changed on 23rd April 2010 and from the same date I were on personal tour for 05 days there I dont have Internet Access . my PC was switch off and after that I just used the internet maximum 2hrs each day. because maximume time I stay out side from home (Duratin 8 am to 8 Pm) at my job place.that means calculation will be 10 x 2= 20 Hrs & i suppossed to be get 15 hrs for half of the month after change of plan. I used only Extra 5hrs (20hrs-15hrs) . but I had rceived the charges for extra 36 hrs. there is no way. when i stop the payment then after a month I received a call from ASP / Colletion agent they said "we will revised your bill & you have to pay only monthly rent 500 + taxes. sorry there was happened the bill cloning with other connection". after this communication when i had call to Tata customer care for confirmation before making the payment they said there is no adjustment you have to pay entier amount. its geniune bill.

    they have disconnect my internet connection on 10th may 2010 and my USB device is use less which I brought in Rs.1900/-.

    its is not possible to pay this amount. they should get back this USB device & return my money.

    Please help to raise the legal action against this telecom company. I think they are make this kind of fraud with lots of consumers.
