    Default Filing Complaint aginst Tata Indicom - Tata Teleservices ( Maharshtra ) Ltd.

    Hi,
    Iam facing problems with one of the biggest internet service provider in the country ( Tata Indicom ) who being on fault are troubling me a lot. i need to take some strict actions against them as iam facing a lot of mental stress because of them. Kindly help me out.

    Hi,
    My connection was by the name of Mr. VIDUT . JAMWAL ( my flat Mate ) & my other account details are given below.

    Tata Indicom No. : 09223993849
    Account Number : 975351503
    Tariff Plan : HSIA Freedom Plan.

    My plan said that i have 10 GB of data usage free every month. i was charged Rs 3900 for the month Nov 09 & then for December 09 i was charged Rs. 8,200. i we paid the NOV amount without even knowing why was the amount so much & same thing happend again in Dec. The HUAWEI Photon + device which was given to me showed that the usage till date ( not even monthly ) was around 3-4 GB only. Which is under my monthly Usage space. i contacted the Tata kiosk at lokhandwala & they said that they cant help me in it & gave me nadal officers e mail id. i mailed them & they even called me saying that they are looking into my matter & will surely get back to me which took them 38 days & they mailed me the itemised bill for my number which was difficult for me to understand. i kept getting calls & i kept telling them my problem & i always said that an executive or an engineer will come and meet me to understand the problem which never happened.
    after many days i got another called from Tata Indicom call center i was asked to pay the monthly rental for Dec. and close the case which i did but again after 20 days i got a call saying that payment which i made was just the minimum amount to be paid & not the settle ment amount. after discussing things the lady said she will be sending her executive to collect the copy of the payment made for settlement which like always never happened and no body came to collect the documents.
    Things didnt end here & i got a legal notice from your lawyer & that too on my old address. They didnt even changed my postal address even after giving it twice.
    Its a humble request that you solve this problem asap & tell me why was icharged Rs 11,655 for two months of usage ( i.e NOV 10 & DEC 10 ) as your instrument still shows that my usage have not exceeded and if you still cant solve this problem then i think i will have to take the initiative from my side to solve it as it is troubling me a lot & i have to tell the entire story again again to every ingle person who contacts me from Tata Indicom office.

    Default balance deduction problem

    hello sir i am a customer of tata indicom .whenever i recgarge my balance is deducted .i don'tknow why .please do something .i can't call to anybody.when i try to contact the custocare executive it tells that i have dialed a wrongno.sir i request u please take necessary step as soon as possible.my mob no is 9237060286.

    Smile Tata Tel only sends e-mails -- they don't do anything about the problem

    I have seen many mails like this in my inbox over the past 100+ days. I have acknowledgements of my complaints from the "nodal officer" (which is a normal call centre where all the people forward issues to others), and the appellate authority is the same (a normal call centre where all the people forward issues to others). Ms Sangeeta Nair of Tata Teleservices acknowledged the problem on the phone, and did nothing about it, promising a 2-day turnaround. It's been 2 weeks since then. Money taken from me based on false info, and for the refund, it's only one phone call and many, many e-mails.

    If you need to deal with Tata Teleservices... I wish you luck.

    Default prepaid indicom currency deduction

    I am a user of ur prepaid mobile connection since 4 years.. and my number is 9242182643.
    Since past 3 months even though i am not availing any value added service Rs. 30 gets deducted from my account on the 11 of every month. I complained 2 customer care and still the same problem continues since 3 months...
    If you are not doing the needful,i am going to approach the CONSUMER FORUM and see that you are PENALIZED for this and publish the same in the local news paper and create a BAD PUBLICITY for you..
    I am going to retain the same number and change over to other service providers about this and i will tell all known Tata indicom customers about this and see that they change to other service providers...
    so please see to this problem and do the needful immediately...

    Angry Tata Tel Broadband Service

    I took the connection on 16th March 2011. The bill got generated on 6th April 2011.
    The bill for 20 days came Rs 1600. I asked for an itemized bill and got it. The bill is very confusing and even their customer service executive do not know what each of the column heading in the bill stands for. The bill shows certain usage against a time of 7:56:02am and then suddenly it shows a bill of rs 109 against the time of 8:00:02 am. My plan has free download from 8:00pm to 8:00am.

    Kindly please someone help me out.
