Fixed Line connection: 08314201108 with broadband connection

We have been enjoying the broadband connection on our above referred fixed line phone since three years. Over the years our internet usage has not been exceeded beyond 5 to 10 % even though since list three months the monthly bills amount has suddenly jumped from 700/- odd amount to 4000 odd amount. The increase in our usage may have reached around 900 to 1000 rupees.

On phone complaints to 121 we are not getting anywhere and hence we have decided to remove the connection of broadband with immediate effect. Kindly cancel the above referred fixed line as well as the broadband connection immediately and oblige.

We have decided to switch over to BSNL Broadband connection and hence the request.
