Dear Sir/Madam,

Am a constumer of MTNL (Jogeshwari - 26797972) for the past more than 10 years and using the broadband service for the past more than 4 years. For the past 3 months am facing a frequent internet disconnection problem. Logged complaint many times but of no use and being literally harassed by the unskilled engineers. I Only understand three things by the way the engineers responds:

1. This the way we will harass you.
2. We care a damn about you. Change the ISP if you want.
3. Pay us 50 Rs. every time we visit and we make sure internet works properly.

What next? Am searching for a new ISP which can provide me a better service.
