To whomsoever it may concern,
My name is Ramesh P Gokhale. On 18th April 2010, an executive of yours had visited our home and was told us that he Tata Indicom has started a new facility wherein the old Walky phones can be exchanged with the new digital one. And so I decided to go for the exchange and I was asked to make a payment of Rs.1250/- and the same was made by me. I was told that the handset will be sent to me within 7 working days ( i.e from 18th April 2010 ) . Today being 17th April 2010, I have not yet received the handset however the money has been debited. On continuous calls made by me to the executive Mr. Ashwini Sanu, he has not been responding to my calls and if answered he informs me that either there was a shortage of handset and soon it will reach me or he asks me to call 121.
On calling 121 the executives there ask me to visit the nearest Tata Indicom shop. I have been frustrated by these continuous calls and would reach the consumer court if this mail is not replied or if an executive of your reaches me. I am also attaching the details of the payment made by me and the receipt received from Mr. Sanu on 18th April 2010.
