Hi , i have been using tata photon plus no. 9266178315 from the last four months, being getting good services for the first two months( which was a free trial period), the tata management started harassing as my services are being disconnected every 3-4 days for the reason of cheque bounced.
I shall make you all very clear that of the 5 bills which were to be received by me, i have received only one bill for Rs 911/- for which i made a payment of 861/- by cheque dated 21 may 10, which was bounced on 24th may 10 for unavoidable reasons, but for which an intimation was made to the customer care. Following that, i made a cash payment of Rs. 850/- the very next day the cheque was bounced.After that my photon services were reactivated for 3 days, and again they were deactivated for the reason of cheque bounce. I again called up the customer care on 30 may10 for the same purpose, and the reason was quoted was for non payment of Rs. 61( remaining balance) , out of Rs 50/- which were for late fee on the bills which were not received by me, and the following was intimated earlier to the customer care 3 times, but still the charges were not reversed.The no. was reactivated on 4 June 10.
Again my no. is deactivated on june 6, 10 for the same reason of cheque bounced, and now when i call the customer care, no response from there side is given to me.I would like the senior management of TATA photon to look into the matter.
