I purchased the tata photon + from TATA indicom in dehradun and my no. was 09258066565 &paid the entire bill i used it and requested them to disconnect the same.I nspite of my various requests they didnot disconnect the connection and raised the bill of Rs.3164/-.it can be checked for the entire period the connection was not working and there was no usage.
I contacted their customer care centre and they assured me that all the bills are settled.
but again from the month of April I started receiving threatening calls on my mobiles from Meerut to deposit the money.
On one afternoon a person called me stating that he is calling from tees hazari court delhi that there is case of fraud is registered in my name and if I do not deposit the money ill have to face the consequences and he started abusing and used un parliamentary language.
The whole family got disturbed and I had to deposit the mone through Cheque.
Sir. this is clear cut case of harassment and Vassoli.I do demad the justice and action against the company and I compensation of Rs 1 lakhs for the mental torture me n my family has under gone
